La Vall de Gallinera, a municipality in Alicante, is well known for its cherry production during the month of May. Cirereta was born there, specifically in the town of Alpatró. Cirereta is a range of cherry products from Casa Carmen, one of the oldest local shops in the town. It’s an à la carte shop, close, trustworthy and a typical traditional shop.
Cirereta not only sells its own cherries in bulk, but also produces liqueurs, creams and jams with each year’s harvest, obtaining unique products.
